A seasoned professional she maintains overall control to all of the company's operations. Ms. Bacardi, who has years of financial instrument experience and has been involved in the sale of precious metals internationally is surrounded by highly skilled professionals in the production of gold. Her executive board includes the President, Aurelio DiBiase, who also has an extensive background in senior management and international business; Chief Scientist, Ronald Zuziak, who was instrumental in researching and developing the company's state of art refining technologies; Vice President of Operations, Perry Krieble, has over 30 years of various mining and prospecting ventures in the United States; Joseph Pehm, Administrator, designed and implemented programs to emphasize safety in the workplace for operating equipment and hazardous material; Ronald Zuziak, Director of Research and Development; Metals Processing. 1998 - 2000 (2 years) As President of Chemmet Laboratory and Refinery. Ms. Bacardi ran a business in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA that tested ore and Doré bars for clients in the United States and for foreigners as well. The business grew from being a "laboratory and testing unit" to a full production "Gold Refinery" under her direction. Gold Ore was purchased from local mines as well as Doré bars and gold dust. The refinery ultimately produced gold of a purity of 99.99%. Ms. Bacardi, brought her expertise in finance and investment to Chemmet, and the gold business added an additional dimension to her many attributes.

Ms. Bacardi represented the Brazilian Sugar Cartel world wide in sales of sugar to many third world countries. She operated sales offices both in the United States and in Switzerland. A highly legal ambience was maintained at all times and a large degree of public relations was employed in hosting various representatives of governments and large production institutions. Ms. Bacardi was also responsible for providing feasibility studies of some of the largest sugar and coffee plantations in Costa Rica to perspective investors. The studies required the documenting of annual production of the product from "Seed to Cup." She lived on the largest producing plantation and experienced a "hands on" approach to the feasibility studies.

July 1981 - March 1986 (4 years 9 months) "Plastic Credit Card Systems," Miami, Florida, acquired exclusive representative territorial rights in the Caribbean, Central and South America for the credit card industry. As a Co- founder of the company, Ruth Bacardi had an executive position: Job Description and responsibilities included Management; Sales Promotions; and International Travel with the President and Co-founder of the company for the purpose of Presentation and Demonstration of the entire “Credit Card System” as used in banking and other financial institutions and large department stores. In addition to "Promotions and Sales" of the Credit Card Systems, the President and Ms. Bacardi were responsible for training trusted/bonded employees of these institutions in the production and magnetic encoding of proprietary information of the individual institution(s) and its members. Through Plastic Credit Card Systems, the President and Ms. Bacardi "pioneered" the use of credit cards in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
