My passion is people focused change, leadership and coaching and building rapport across diverse teams. I engage and enthuse others with creative ideas and new ways to think about possibilities and problems.I have been working with Goleman EI over the last year on developing Emotional Intelligence into my work and believe that the effect of developing our own personal cause and or an organisations cause can be hugely powerful. The power of emotional intelligence, understanding our beliefs, our behaviours and developing more meaning into to the world of work can be built upon much greater understanding and management of ”self.” That is why we founded 'The Cause Effect'.A career, delivering change all over the world, has given me a wealth of experience in understanding organisations, culture, behaviour and people development and has grown me in very many ways.Where it has come, my success is often because of the positive energy I've gained from the inspiration of great people and places that I have encountered along the way.
