Here at Pall I enter customer orders into SAP ensuring several metrics are correct. If they are not I communicate with the customer via email or phone to obtain the correct information. I also work with the plants and shipping warehouses to ensure orders are shipped on time and to obtain stock levels and availability. I work with Inside Sales to ensure pricing is up to date and correct. I communicate with Sales Reps to ensure that the customer is ordering the correct product. I also work with Master Data in SAP. I create and maintain customer master data as well as quotes. I am on several teams: including revenue recognition, systems orders, and process improvement. I also train and develop new hires. I service several big customers as their dedicated CSR.
