Responsible for all global marketing activities including lead generation, product promotional materials, Web site management, social media channels, exhibitions and event planning, partner and customer webinars, content creation, partner education, branding and loyalty programs. Bi-directional liaison between R&D and sales channels.

Responsible for the hands-on management of a wide range of marketing communication activities including marketing and sales materials; organization of trade shows and seminars; Web site design, content, and search engine optimization; intra-company communications (Intranet); press relations and various other activities.

Managed the marketing team (including product managers, marcom and administration). Responsible for all corporate marketing activities, such as: creation, publication and distribution of promotional materials; Web site design, contents and SEO; exhibition and events management; public and press relations; and channel marketing support. The last two years at the company, responsible for the same tasks, were spent in an office located in New Jersey, USA.

Managed the Quality Assurance and Technical Documentation teams for this international developer of help-desk and service-oriented software.

Originally employed as a Telex operator in the communications department, I moved on to serve as the liaison between the Purchasing Department and Information Systems. I later joined the marketing team and was promoted to lead the Marketing Support Unit, which created and distributed marketing materials such as brochures, data sheets, annual reports, videos and exhibition booths.
