Responsible for management of the full life cycle of a software asset. Assist procurement in contract management which included interfacing with subject matter experts, vendors and multiple business units. Developed all IT procurement processes in conjunction with the outsourcer when it comes to asset refresh and software installation and company cell phones. Responsible for the management of our outsourcer in the areas of desktop support, help desk, image and asset management. In addition, managed the metrics to assure the outsourcer was fulfilling their contractual agreement, SLA, financially, and processes.
