Tasks include recording costs incurred and future costs, producing summaries showing monies coming in and going out, monitoring risks, and reporting on factors likely to affect profitability. •Attend meetings with the Errigal team and clients where variations are discussed and the senior QS can advise on any commercial issues that arise.

• Cashier taking bets, managing and reconciling money on a daily basis, making bank lodgements. • Key skills required for this role include: Proficiency in computers, attention to detail, confidentiality, handling money, dealing with difficult customers, maintaining shop in clean and safe condition. • Completed day courses / on the job training and studied manual on betting industry, BoyleSports and money handling procedures. • Successfully passed 8 week and 6 month assessment tests to meet job requirements.

• Deli assistant and food preparation. The focus in the business was to deliver excellent customer service through its staff.• Key skills required in this job were:Good communication and listening skills. Proficient in managing money and using tills and credit/debit card machine. Accuracy and attention to detail when handling work cash and cards.• Involved working as part of a team to ensure smooth running of a business.• Knowledge of health and safety when working with food.

• Duties included cleaning tables, keeping premises tidy, using tills, taking orders, dealing with money and serving drink and providing good customer service. • Learned to work in busy environment when large numbers present for functions.• Worked in bar whilst also working in Callaghan Butchers.
