Ruth began her career in 1994 as an International Recruiter for CCUSA, where she grew the company from a start-up to a market leader in 11+ years. When her division exceeded its annual placement goals every year, she was promoted to Vice President, where she managed the recruitment efforts for the US head office and 40 satellite offices around the world. Ruth has earned several awards for her sales achievements and has been invited to present at career fairs and conferences worldwide. In 2006, Ruth began recruiting Sales Representatives, Sales Managers and Executives in the medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech industries for DEC Consultants. She has exceeded her quotas every year and has established herself as one of the top healthcare recruiters in the country.In July of 2009, Ruth started as a recruiter at a start-up agency called Joblynx Network specializing in linking the right people to the right jobs in various industries.In 2012, Ruth began working as a Market Manager for Supplemental Healthcare. She ran a team of 6 to help build the RN travel nurse and contract placement firm in the Bay Area. In 2014, Ruth joined the CareLinx team as Director of Client Services. Carelinx is an on-demand economy start-up specializing in the placement of Caregivers. Ruth managed all client operations including inquiries, job posts, caregiver searches and placement. She hired, trained and managed a staff of 15 in sales, customer service, recruiting and retention. Ruth was responsible for increase of 120% year over year growth. She established procedures for capturing and maintaining long-term customer relations and was responsible for 100% costumer satisfaction score.
