I oversaw all the selling, planning, and implementation of all marketing campaigns for the BMO Bank of Montreal's AIR MILES products (Debit card, credit card, mortgages, GIC's, LOC's, etc.). I was also responsible for the all forecasting estimates for all the Lines of Business. Within this role I managed a team and all Sponsor relationships.

Within this capacity I was responsible for assisting various LOB's within Sears Canada with all their direct marketing campaigns. I was responsible for selling the concept, designing the campaign, and selecting the customers the campaign would be targeted for. I was then responsible for providing a results analysis to report how effective the campaign performed.
