I am an insight, data, strategy & marketing leader with 20+ years’ senior marketing experience. I'm an expert in the generation of insights to inform strategy and planning and have a broad background in marketing from campaign planning to new product development. More recently I have run teams of insight, data & analytics professionals with the aim to enable evidence based decision making and continually improve the customer experience. With a passion for problem solving and putting customers first I have worked on many strategic projects including: establishing an insight programme, developing personas, developing a data strategy, developing engagement strategies, and generating strategies for new product development. I am calm and logical and use this style to bring people and ideas together in the workplace and in workshops. I am accomplished at applying insights to inform business strategy and improve customer experience. Areas of specialism:- Customer Insight – established a comprehensive insight & analytics programme including personas. from scratch.
