In line with my work in Finance, I also tend to some of our banking documentation and monthly routines for salaries and taxes. I work closely with our accounting partners managing supplier invoices and other fiscal duties.Furthermore, I have several years of experience as Customer Support representative. I have been the first line of contact with our players since before the release of Battlerite in 2017. Nowadays, I mostly use Discord, Zendesk and our company e-mails to provide technical assistance and account management. I also receive and assess player reports leading to warnings and user bans.Recently, since late 2019, I have been responsible for DLC discounts, sales and announcements for Battlerite and Battlerite Royale.I began my role as the Discord Moderator for Battlerite and Battlerite Royale in the first semester of 2020.
