Ruth is a BOE Lead and Sr IT Project Manager with 15+ years of experience specializing in the implementation of leading-edge technologies for both DoD Agencies and private sector companies. Recent projects include working with a Proposal Team to secure a $200M+ project implementing a new “One Unified Service Desk” technology for the US Navy. Other recent projects include the implementation of four Azure Cloud Enclaves (classified IL6 & unclassified IL5,IL4), migrating legacy applications to Cloud, and managing projects to acquire ATOs for cloud enclaves and cloud applications through the RMF FedRAMP process. Ruth’s experience and capabilities includes:- Assists Program Management in creating multi-million dollar IDIQ TOs, and in some cases managing the project after award.- Project and Program Management.- Practiced communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and comfortable in all situations.- Solid financial and analysis skills: EVMS, cost control, scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, BOE creation, data analytics, and experience with MSFT BI and Project Server.- Experience with creating and managing cooperative and mutually beneficial Customer relationships.
