For more than a decade, Ruth Chancellor has been at the helm of Chancellor Designs, one of the Portland-metro region’s most recognized and respected staging companies. During this time, Chancellor Designs helped builders, developers and homeowners sell thousands of homes. Ruth attributes the company’s success to her love of interior design, her experience as a business analyst, her interest in real estate and to “just being nice.” Ruth recently made a strategic decision that the firm become equally known for its residential and commercial interior design services, hiring three designers and a design coordinator. For fun, Ruth loves travel, drinking good wine and practicing the plié for her beginner adult ballet classes.
