• Prep, plan, and execute floor sets.• Complete power points for visual presentation of completed floor sets.• Complete business recaps to thoroughly explain business’s strengths and opportunities.• Complete operational tasks such as (month-end organizations, ordering of supplies, store audits, etc..)• Lead by example by training, developing and providing ongoing feedback. • Coach on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising and delivering the customer experience.• Ensure an excellent level of customer service at all times by executing and achieving the 9 steps of great customer service consistently through regular assessment, coaching and follow-up with team.• Maintain visibility and lead by example on the selling floor to answer customer questions and support all selling functions.• Maintain all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.• Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink and conversion.Execute strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses.• Schedule and conduct interviews with possible hires.• Control company assets by meeting all loss prevention measures (consistent management of inventory, in- and out-bound stock movements, sales, returns, exchange, store maintenance, etc.)
