Led on the creation of a brand new approach to campaign design and public engagement using behavioural theory and social marketing principles to interpret why people behave the way they do. Using my demonstrable facilitation skills, I build collaborative teams that use these behavioural insights to develop campaigns and approaches to public engagement that will result in sustainable behaviour change. I led on the amendments to the internal project management system to incorporate this new approach, and succeeded in ensuring this approach forms the foundation of the next 10 year global growth strategy.

Managing the merger of 3 departments, I worked to unify our approach across our formal education programmes (primary and veterinary education), our engagement with professional and academic institutions, and our own internal scientific research.

Led a global team of 14 in the development and delivery of global education programmes aimed at getting animal welfare included within the national curriculum, and ensuring that teachers are adequately trained to teach it. In addition we sought to ensure animal welfare was included in the veterinary curriculum at universities across the world, and that veterinary lecturers were equipped to teach it effectively.
