I have been a nurse for the past 24 years and serving others has been my passion since day one. I have rotated for multiple specialty areas such as women and baby, NICU, ICU, ER, and Telemetry. For the past three years, I have been working in the quality department. As Director of Quality, I'm responsible for leading and directing hospital processes and quality improvement activities to achieve better patient outcomes. I'm responsible to assure that the facility is compliant with the regulations of all Federal, State local and other regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over its clinical activities. In addition to it, is my deity to work hand by hand with our employees and medical staff to identify opportunities for improvement and to direct clinical reengineering activities as required to improve the measured outcome of patients.
