From a team of six to floating on the London Stock Exchange with a team of 60+, I am proud to have been trusted with overall responsibility for growth operations at Northcoders for 5 of its first 6 years. Northcoders went through the IPO process in 2021. My remit was implementing a full-stack B2B and B2C growth strategy that spanned from PPC to OOH. I also led a complete rebrand of the business from end-to-end in 2020, and managed the B2C sales team.I was listed in the top 50 Northern Power Women on the 2020 Future List in recognition of my efforts to further equity, diversity and inclusion at Northcoders. By listening, learning, sharing and acting, I am proud that we significantly improved diversity on our courses by almost every metric, and importantly, instilled a thoughtful and inclusion-positive culture. By late 2021, nearly 20% of students belonged to a sexual minority, 25% belonged to the global majority, and a whopping 5% were transgender, intersex and/or non-binary.
