•Designed and created an MS Access database to track provincial membership for COD Newfoundland and Labrador.•Maintained the ILRC website using MS FrontPage, supported the ILRC Public Internet Site and visitors to the site.•Assisted with the setting up of ongoing training workshops for the ILRC Computer Club, involving web design, computer setup and operation and MS Excel.

•Created a complete Russian language website in HTML using Macromedia Dreamweaver for the Family Crisis Centre. •Created awareness of, and assisted in sustainable development within the community through work at the Centre.
