I am an intellectually curious Human Resources professional with high standards and 20+ years of experience in higher education and academia. I lead by example and specialize in hiring and training new hires along with deploying engagement and retention initiatives to positively engage employees. In my current role, I serve as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at SUNY Delhi. In this role, I have led various initiatives to establish a strong, positive, and fulfilling employee experience. Specifically, I collaborated with teams to grow retention to 91.7%, adjust 30% of employees’ salaries, and attain 100% satisfaction with new employee orientation event.In my previous role, I was the Assistant Superintendent/Principal at Stamford Central School. In this position, I worked closely with the superintendent to serve 350 students. I specifically facilitated data-driven performance management for ~50 faculty and staff to drive effectiveness and garnered ~$400K annually in grant funding used for programming to improve student achievement.I earned an advanced degree from SUNY Cortland in Educational Leadership/Administration, and a Master of Science in Education degree from SUNY Oneonta. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from SUNY Plattsburgh.
