At eight years old I decided that Kids and Art were what I wanted to do. I grew up, got my wish with seven kids and worked in the animation industry. Bringing other people's stories to life taught me how to create my own, too. When my children were little, I developed a system of Illustrated Behavior charts and Tips for positive discipline and good behavior. In 2003 I created the site GoMommyGO.com to share them with struggling parents. GoMommyGO® is a resource for Autism Speaks, Head Start and others.In 2007 I co-founded the non profit EDU DESIGNS to bring the arts back into schools and mentor younger artists to accomplish their dreams. We "build brains and hearts through the arts". Stories make a huge impact on a child, and our art presentations, videos and lessons help teachers and students improve character development and increase motivation for learning.
