Responsible for the western US region for RF power related products. • Managing existing customer base, developing new customers, successfully achieving sales revenue goals, provide solution-based selling. • Building and sustaining excellent customer relationships, interfacing/providing technical support, new product introduction. • In-depth understanding of technical challenges, directly involved with both customer and internal teams to provide changes, upgrades, End Of Life product transitions, or product modifications every set of the way. • Work closely with all levels of management to create contracts, forecasting, purchase agreements & collections. • Work independently, remotely, with the flexibility to shift mutable rolls

Work with RF design engineers to integrate custom RF networks with customers systems, act as an interface between customers, sales & engineering and support R&D with new products development. Responsible for the US region and support other key accounts outside our division. • Maintain a steady sales growth in the southwest region (TX, AZ, CO) and develop new clients both in and out of assigned region. • Works heavily with the Procurement, Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, and Management to provide new products, upgrades and consumable’s for cost reduction and or improved equipment availability. • Contact client decision makers to open dialogue and identify issues• Develop strategy to mitigate client issues, prepare SOW’s for testing new products & capture product performance for future improvement. • When needed, schedule site visits and or participate with Customer Field Services team members for action planning and problem resolution• Demonstrate extensive equipment & process knowledge of semiconductor CVD industry• Travel to conduct on site visits, meetings, & training.• Produce or improve marketing documentation
