I oversee the Brussels office services management to our clients, contribute to the overall business strategy, lead our HR Department and our Bid Management Practice. I hold a Bachelor of Laws and Economics from my Alma Mater Deusto University in Bilbao and a Masters on European Affairs from the University of Amsterdam. I also did a Master on Leadership in Digital Times at the Solvay University.I have +25 years of experience in EU funded business and strategic consulting and a clear focus on supporting complex organisations in their B2G towards the EU institutions. My can-do attitude and goal-oriented approach are combined with soft skills and genuine interest in people. What I learnt along the way, is that I am good at assessing whether someone fits the profile of what our clients are looking for and if they could fit into the right team as I connect easily with people . For more than 2 decades I have worked in Schuman Associates inspired by values such as teamwork, client-focus & quality.
