With over three years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and development, I am passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities and supporting them throughout their career journey. I have a bachelor's degree in applied behavioral science, which enables me to understand human behavior and motivation, and apply it to create positive outcomes for individuals and organizations. I currently work as a Field Recruiter at GEODIS, a leading global supply chain operator, where I manage the recruiting life cycle for the entire campus of 12 facilities.As a Field Recruiter, I have successfully led and recruited for four new startup operations within the campus, and overseen the hiring and onboarding of around 700 seasonal employees during peak 2021,2022and 2023.
