Works with local health departments, community-based organizations, and support organizations to address housing, food, mental health, testing, medical and other needs—advocates for those impacted by COVID-19 by providing up-to-date resources and support.Collaborate with state organizations, community-based organizations, and aid agencies to address community issues, including but not limited to housing, food insecurity, mental illness, medical testing, healthcare, and other needs. Facilitate soft skills training for supervisors, contract tracers, and all team members to include, among other categories, effective communication, empathy, active listening, navigation of complex interactions amid crisis, as well as self-care, etc. Provide continuous and consistent coaching and support for supervisors and contact tracers and all teams to navigate escalation of referrals for social support for PA residents.
