Responsibilities:IT support:• Offer support to our in-house system as well as granting access to the users to their required menus on the head office system• Offer support to all Miller outlets on the different in-house programs. This includes updating incorrectly inputted data, tackling errors in the programs, as well as checking money and stock discrepancies.• In charge of updating the miller website• Preparing queries and extracting data from our database as per user requests when certain one off reports are required• Preparing small VB.net projects to facilitate certain user functions• Monitoring the data sent and sales received between head office and pos outletsOther IT Functions:• Involved in Training new staff as well as preparing user manuals to the various new programs• Monitoring of the sales updating process• In charge of all the company printing billing counters• On call to offer all related IT & telephone support to Millers various hours during non office hours• Testing new software releases

Responsibilities:IT: • Offer support on the hand held wireless devices• Set up the wireless equipment Ticketing Supervisor:• Log the clerks in the wireless device appropriate event• Sign out and collect all equipment after a show
