Worked part-time with Dr. Mitchell since 1996. I handled the front office regarding the incoming/outgoing patient care, which includes: setting appointments, running daily reports, payments and insurance claims. Assisted the doctor in patient care by setting up and cleaning up the operatories before and after each patient. Maintained the lab and sterilized equipment according to standard operating procedures. Working all those years in the dental industry I enjoyed seeing the patients and their families come in. It was nice to see how patients were doing whether they were there for cleanings and preventative care or in many cases continuing care for their oral health.
