An inclusive and dynamic leader with a passion for water and the environment, Ruth has held leadership positions in AECOM and Capita. She is skilled in growing and retaining high performing teams, leading with empathy, respect and understanding, whether it be to inspire teams or to cultivate a culture of collaboration. As a Fellow of CIWEM since 2021, Ruth is committed to skills and capability development and is a positive voice for the Water Sector. She actively promotes diversity in STEM and is a respected leader and experienced mentor in the wider community for engineering and science careers.
