This includes: managing project schedules, scope, budget and resources, project documentation, stakeholder communication, client interaction and negotiations, leading/training project team members, project integration, managing risk, change management, and communication with project stakeholders (including vendors), and clients to identify areas of improvement and ensure requirements and deliverables are met successfully. Although the bank adopted AMF over a 1.5 years ago not every project qualifies for this methodology; as a result, different methodologies continue to be applied (Traditional (waterfall), Iterative Waterfall (Hybrid), and Agile).
