Co founder and co owner of Lokanta, Sheffield's award winning Turkish restaurant. I work with my husband Faruk in the day to day running of the restaurant as well as all areas of business planning and administration. Together we bring our knowledge of Turkish food and hospitality to the table in my home city of Sheffield. We are passionate about Turkish wine and have the UK's first all Turkish list. We make everything including all our meze dishes in house at Lokanta. We bake our own bread and baklava. The freshness and authenticity of our food is the reason that customers return. We are a Tier 2 Sponsor and currently employ two Turkish-trained highly skilled chefs. We recruited these chefs direct to Lokanta which brings us the same skill level we employed in Turkey.Awards: Eat Sheffield Best Newcomer 2010, Westside Magazine Readers' Choice 2014Recommended in The Good Food Guide 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016

We leased this bar from the 5 star Turkiz Hotel in Moonlight Park, Kemer. With 300 sunbeds on its own beach, Breeze Bar served customers 24/7 in the tourist season. The quality of our bar and food service brought customers from around the Antalya area and allowed us to stay open 12 months of the year. We added a popular beach kitchen with chef's barbecue lunch time and evenings. We used the beach for DJ nights and parties. The Scandinavian tour company TUI held its Welcome Meetings at Breeze. We ran a hotel shuttle service for these and other tour customers.
