Projects included bike/ped trails, site master plans, design guidelines, comprehensive plans, urban design plans, recreation/ park plans and public involvement. I provided senior level professional planning and urban design expertise focusing on special district upgrades, streetscapes and redevelopment plans. I co-authored Florida's first Urban Design Element of the Comprehensive Plan. Project Planner for the Edgewater Drive Enhancement Plan (including an overlay district with design standards) and Streetscape project. Project Planner for the North International Drive Urban Design Plan. I worked on the Land Development Code Landscape Chapter plus Traditional City design standards. I was on the staff team that worked on the Naval Training Center redevelopment plan, which became Baldwin Park. I also participated in design review of development applications, variances and code enforcement issues.
