I have lived in the area since 1994, and I feel confident in helping families in relocating to this area, or in helping sellers/buyers get through the selling/buying process as easily as possible. I make every effort to be sure all details are taken care of, and keep the client and customer informed at all times. I'm originally from Massachusetts, and slowly migrated north and ended up living in the beautiful village of Bethlehem. I have always loved the mountains, and being in this area, I feel like I'm on vacation every time I take a drive - the scenery just takes my breath away.

This was Section 8 housing for Elderly, Handicap and Disabled. I worked closely with the Executive Director, the office and maintanence personal, as well as the tenants. Worked with contractors and vendors getting estimates and overseeing their work. Organized activities and functions for the tenants, paid bills, etc. Did a little of everything.

Hired to supervisor a separate office from the main office. Was office manager to 4 employees and worked closely with the section 8 clients and landlords. Did housing inspections, in charge of seeing that reports were filed in a timely manner.
