Managed all programs for a multi-service agency that served over 1,000 clients per year:• Program management: Assisted Executive Director with overall agency management, including financial management/budget for $1.2MM non-profit agency. Also assisted with marketing and grant writing.• Leadership: Supervised teams of up to 20, including 4 program managers and direct service staff.• Responsible for agency leadership when executive director traveled out of country several times a year.
