As Customer Validation Lead I:- Facilitate user tests to validate customers experience- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to center development around the customers - Communicate User Experience across stakeholders- Support designers and developers with data from customers

During my master thesis I continued part time at InLogic, where I continued with the work I did while I was an intern. In addition to this I got more responsibilities:- Have the overall view of the system and its interfaces to other systems- Ensure high quality of the system- Prioritize features in the backlog- Maintain the connection between an outsourced developing team and InLogic eg. by facilitating sprint planning and sprint review- Continuous sparring with development team- Plan 14-days sprints by describing features, user stories, and bugs in Azure DevOps- Develop a design guideline for the programmers

During my internship I helped develop Studi.ly:- Describe user stories, features and bugs in Azure DevOps- Mockups of system and features- Documenting the system- Redesigning the system- Customer contact- Communication and planning across the danish company and the pakistanian development team- User testing- Presenting results for stakeholders
