In 2017 I become the CEO of Youth Futures. As CEO, I am responsible for the oversight and implementation of the budget, and fundraising and works closely with the Youth Futures' Board Directors, The Jewish Agency for Israel, the Ministry of Education, and other government ministries and partners. I oversee close to 400 employees, operating in 37 localities from all sectors of Israeli society. Under the Youth Futures umbrella, I am also responsible for the oversight of the Heartbeats program, which provides early childhood intervention to young families. In 2007, While at Ben Gurion University working on her Master's Degree in Business with an emphasis on NGOs, I joined Youth Futures as the Local Director in Beer Sheva. I served in that role for three years, where I directed a team of Mentors, and collaborated with school principals, parents, the local education and welfare departments, and other community entities in the city. Later, I joined Youth Futures headquarters, where I developed and founded Youth Futures Knowledge and Instruction Center. In 2010, I was promoted to Director of Knowledge Management and later assumed responsibility for managing the training in the program. in 2015, I was appointed Deputy Director of Youth Futures and Director of Field Programs, the role I fulfilled until I was appointed National Program Director in 2015, and subsequentially CEO in 2017.
