I began working in Ort schools in 1987. I led the establishment of the Computer Department in 1997, in My last school (Ort Kramim) and have headed it since then (except for a 3 year period in 2008-2010). From 1997-2006 our students studied C++ and Assembler, and prepared projects in systems analysis or in operating systems. Owing to budget reductions, the team was reduced and we stopped teaching the systems analysis program.Over the years I oversaw two major changes in study programs, including the transition to c# language.My functions in school as team leader:* Overseeing a team of computer teachers in high school, with the main goal of bringing as many students as possible to their best possible achievements in matriculation exams ( at five points level) and in their computer project (also at 5 points level). * Following students academic achievements, tracking the personal status of each student in my department and acting as needed* Maintaining connections with the appropriate persons on the board of education, computer studies for information concerning changes in syllabus and or replacing study programs, * Making choices concerning such changes, to fit our students and teachers.* Enabling my team in going through such changes in syllabus, programs, new computer language, etc.* Participating in special projects
