Duties include: shelving, retrieving, and maintaining library materials according to library standards; assisting library staff and patrons with requests for information and materials; light, routine cleaning; assisting with various projects and events, as needed.

Duties included: researching patients’ insurance eligibility and coverage details; obtaining prior authorization from insurance companies for patient treatment; educating patients regarding their policy coverage, our billing processes, and their expected out of pocket costs; assisting patients in applying for financial assistance from both private and government-funded programs; auditing patient accounts; setting up payment arrangements or referring accounts to collection agency; posting charges, payments, and contractual adjustments; training new employees as needed.
