Imasanhery then saw the opportunity to open a representative office in Qatar to cater for the region in this aspect. Another big factor is the 2022 Qatar World Cup Games which will see an influx of workers required. Imasanhery is very pleased to be a part of this and is in the process of negotiating with corporates and government institutions, in preparation of supply of Manpower from Kenya.In Kenya we are partnered with a professional recruitment company that is licensed by the Ministry of Labour to handle labour migration out of Kenya. This is a very crucial part as the government is very strict on protecting workers migrating out of the country. We have an extensive database of applicants in our system that is constantly updated to cater for any kind of manpower that may be required.

Reporting directly to the CEO as his executive assistant my duties are various but mainly I handle the Logistics department • Oversee the imports and exports department, look for best market prices, routings, and ensure smooth clearance processes and cost effectiveness • Co-ordinate with overseas suppliers on orders pending for imports and advise accordingly• Keep a record of all the back orders from suppliers and co-ordinate same with the sales managers• Deal with Letter of Credits/Performance Guarantees and make intelligent decisions to ensure smooth running of the process. Handled very big projects LC’s, Ethiopia, Libya, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia amongst others• Assisting with Government Tenders and projects and ensuring proper documentation• Ensure our warehouses procedures are working in collaboration with the Manager• Incharge of the operations team consisting of Clerks, Drivers and Warehouse Operatives• AMT is venturing into Africa and I oversee the operations of the Nairobi office, including projects.• Deal with Dubai Customs on all issues• Any other duties assigned by the CEO
