An enthusiastic tenacious multifaceted Human Service professional who advocates relentlessly to get positive result for clients.My Professional background reflects a myriad of experiences and knowledge with development programs as well as implementation of policies and procedures governing institutions of higher learning and enrichment programs.Throughout my academic and work experiences, I have been afforded the opportunity to sharpen other skills such as: conflict resolution, leadership and many administrative responsibilities. I value the importance of team work, mentoring and communication and the significant role they play in everyday life.During my professional career at LifeBridge Community Services. I have helped many students overcome challenges related to extreme poverty, chronic homelessness, behavioral issues, vocational readiness and educational gaps. I have worked extensively with low-income populations and have the ability to communicate clearly when interacting with individuals from all social backgrounds. I have had the great pleasure of being an advocate for youth at risk, and enjoyed providing and creating opportunities for students and their families to develop holistically and challenge the limits of their maximum potential. This was possible through implementing various academic and enriching activities for youth ranging in the ages of 13 to 24 and providing intervention for students and their families. It is absolutely my intention to provide all people with positive experiences, through academic and social enrichment.
