Furthermore, she has a certificate from Harvard Law School’s Labor and Worklife Program, where she received training and worked as a paid intern for two summers. Also, she is bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent reading and writing abilities. Lastly, she has a Standard Teaching Certificate from the state of Texas in Business & Finance 6-12 and also in Technology Applications EC-12.While she comes from a small city, she has lived and worked in large cities and counties (Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles, Orange County, D.C., Detroit, New York City), so she is comfortable in all environments.
