Asked by GS President to lead and complete the integration of Syntegra into BT as the original programme had fallen behind and attrition rate had trebled. Accelerated and successfully completed the transition and integration of the Syntegra workforce into Global Services across multiple geographies and the entire operational spectrum (incl. Finance, HR and systems). Set up and managed effective programme office and matrix managed 25 workstreams. Executed effective communications across all relevant stakeholders and channels to support a smooth transition of activities.

Managing Programme Resource Management function for the London LSP (NHS), a £1bn project which at the time had about 1300 staff, 800 of which BT permanent or contractors. Stabilised programme resourcing and introduced single, programme wide process resulting in overall decrease in staffing needs and a better allocation of skills. Achieved considerable savings through Christmas shut-down (£1m) and aggressive negotiation of contractor rates. Completed comprehensive skills review (1,300 staff) and created comprehensive training plan for the programme. Provided interim HR cover and introduced monthly recognition programme to help recognise outstanding performance and raise morale on the London LSP.
