    When the Board of Directors was developing a new strategic plan in 2016, the group noted, "the Association worked better when Ruth was here." They then spent six months recruiting me back to help move the organization through its next growth phase. Upon returning, I implemented the use of SaaS products like Asana, Slack, and Zoom to help the team stay on time and on budget for community programming/events and improve communication. These platforms became essential to keep the team engaged while working remotely during the pandemic. One goal of the strategic plan was to increase membership. I created sales funnels with multiple touch points which garnered a 15% increase in resident membership within a three week period.Working with our digital agency, I led the effort to rebrand the 30+ year old Gallery Night and Day art crawl event into the more inclusive Gallery Night MKE. The new look and feel of the event included a mobile website and app, and took a copy-heavy print brochure and turned it into a vibrant, photo-filled website which resulted in more website visits and digital visitor engagement.
