- Conduct remote classes to primary school students.- Develop lesson plans based on syllabus from Ministry of Education Singapore- Teach math and science heuristics to facilitate higher order thinking😊 A parent provided positive feedback and requested for private classes after leaving the company. Personally, it was an encouraging gesture.

- Provide employment training (hard and soft skills) for adults on the autism spectrum- Conduct site assessments, identify clients' employability strengths and weaknesses- Liaise and collaborate with various stakeholders (case managers, clients' managers and co-workers, parents) to ensure clients' job success- Analyse reasons for gaps, develop coaching plans and coach clients to close employability gaps- Identify and implement workplace supports- Create rubrics for assessment and training to track progress- Create training plan for 13 clients with different roles.- Started project (Professor Brawn) in 2019
