Stand Up for Kids Orange Country is part of a national non profit organization that serves homeless and at risk youth ages 12-14 in the Orange County, California. As the Director of Development, I am dedicated to advancing our mission by developing comprehensive strategies to increase philanthropic support, enhance organizational visibility, and drive impactful outreach efforts.In this role, I oversee all fundraising, marketing, communications, and public relations activities. I also lead initiatives to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and the community, ensuring a unified and compelling narrative about our work and impact. Lead all aspects of Fiji’s National Tourism office for North America; USA, Canada, and Mexico. Leading consumer and trade marketing campaigns, public relations, attendance at trade events, building distribution and trade partnerships with key stakeholders: DMCs, wholesalers, consortia, and Fijian in-market stakeholders. Up to five direct reports, including PR and Marketing Manager, and a Trade Partnerships Manager. Govern annual marketing and operations budgets of over $3.5M.

Promoting leisure travel to Hong Kong by forming strong relationships with wholesale and retail travel partners. Direct reports; two trade marketing managers and one trade executive. Implemented digital marketing strategy and maximized brand visibility.

Hired initially as marketing manager for the Qantas Vacations brand, and quickly promoted to Partnership and PR Manager for all Stella brands: Qantas Vacations, Island in the Sun, and Travel 2. Signed 5 new targeted Tour Operator accounts in 5 months and 32 USTOA introductions. During the GFC of 2009, secured a record in partnership investment, for product marketing and ensuring brand loyalty and confidence during financially hard times for consumer travel.
