I remotely help a small brick and mortar business more effectively clear deadstock products and create additional revenue via Amazon. My clients and I collaborate through emails, phone calls, and we share documents, instructions and pictures via Google Drive. Maintain current knowledge of industry technologies, best practices and products to produce best optical solutions. Handle VSP insurance verification and billing. Accurately process new orders in EMR. Verify and document lab interactions. Resolve unforeseen issues and keep patients up to date with order status. Manually or electronically take accurate measurements for lens production, including PD, Panto, Wrap, Vertex. Perform through final inspection of spectacles before dispensing to patient. Troubleshoot and solve simple to complex visual and adjustment issues as well as repairs. Maintain accuracy of inventory. Trace, edge and mount stock lenses to complete in house finishing orders. Maintain interdepartmental communication to best meet the needs of each patient and the practice as a whole.

Coordination of study needs from start up to close-out. Act as primary contact between study participants, sponsors and IRB and other regulatory organizations. Screen potential patients for study participation. Approach and consent potential patients. Conduct study activities according to protocol. Collect, organize and process necessary data & samples. eCRF data entry and query resolution. Regulatory upkeep. Certified in CITI GCP, HIPAA, and proper sample preparation techniques.
