In my 27 years as Talent Management Consultant, I have learned one thing: if I am able to place the right person in the right position, miracles can happen – both at the personal and organizational levels. And that, precisely, is the reason I focus my energies on individual candidates. I am passionate and process oriented when it comes to my work, and I refuse to settle for anything less than the best – whether it is for my candidates, my clients or myself. When I choose a candidate for a position, I make sure that they are placed in such a way that they grow with the organization, and that the placement is long-term, and to mutual satisfaction. My personal growth, of course, is a by-product of that.At Daksada, we are all about people. We believe that an organization is only as strong as the individuals it comprises, which is the reason our solutions are directed primarily at people.
