In my 27 years as Talent Management Consultant, I have learned one thing: if I am able to place the right person in the right position, miracles can happen – both at the personal and organizational levels. And that, precisely, is the reason I focus my energies on individual candidates. I am passionate and process oriented when it comes to my work, and I refuse to settle for anything less than the best – whether it is for my candidates, my clients or myself. When I choose a candidate for a position, I make sure that they are placed in such a way that they grow with the organization, and that the placement is long-term, and to mutual satisfaction. My personal growth, of course, is a by-product of that.At Daksada, we are all about people.
