I am a technology law practitioner with a focus on intellectual property law and transactional and commercial work.I started practice as a commercial real estate lawyer where I advised clients on a range of legal issues pertaining to their commercial properties including corporate and commercial law, tax law, landlord-tenancy, due diligence and contractual negotiations.After a short secondment to a tech MNC that deals with ride-sharing technology to assist them on commercial real estate matters across the Asia Pacific, I moved to Taylor Vinters Via LLC in 2017 to pursue a career focusing on intellectual property law and technology law. There, my work revolved around privacy law and big-data, technology-licensing agreements and blockchain technology. As many of my clients were on the frontier of technological advancements, I savoured the challenge of mastering new areas of law and assisting my clients in navigating the blue oceans.
