At Meta, I've led foundational design on Messenger desktop, supporting large screen uses cases for the messaging and calling space for 10+ million users around the world. On revenue operations, I've design managed 3 revenue products to protect cashflow and reduce payment cycle times as Meta’s ad customers cycle through billing, invoicing, credit, and collections. At Tempest, I was responsible for the user experience of an educational content platform that provides community, content, and care around alcohol addiction. I partnered and coordinated closely with curriculum design, engineering, and operational teammates to implement experiences for our members, service providers, and operations.My role at Slice was to design the happy path for customers to order from their local pizzeria and for shop owners to process those orders with speed and efficiency from web and mobile orders to delivery confirmations and estimates on tablets.I would love the opportunity to share my expertise and experience in more detail.
