I'm an intuitive life and small business coach. I help women unleash their potential, manage their time more effectively and find more joy in everyday moments. I empower women to live the life they've always dreamed of living - a life that is full of purpose, freedom and fun!I'm the Co-founder of Coffee & Kin and we sell compostable coffee pods, coffee beans and coffee and chocolate gift boxes. Technology was designed to make our lives easier but it’s actually having a negative impact. We’re now obsessed with spending all our time on screens. It’s affecting our work, our health and our relationships. Our mission is to bring human connection back to 10,000 kitchens by 2025.
