I love sharing what I have learnt with others and welcoming them into our nurseries to show them what we do and how we have got here. Children will always be at the heart of everything I do and I am committed to ensuring that the early years of children's lives are of the highest quality and that children are set up to be learners for life. My career has spanned a full range of early years provision as a teacher, an adviser, inspector and leader.
