Recruitment and talent resources are in my DNA! I started working in the staffing industry while I was still a college student. I managed my family's healthcare staffing business in New York while completing my undergraduate degree at New York University. I learned the business from the ground up: recruitment, operations, marketing and business development for a staffing firm specializing in placing nurses. In 2004, I made a career change into the fashion industry, and pivoted to marketing roles for luxury brand Giorgio Armani and later on, COACH where I spent 7 years focusing on the areas of branding, marketing and advertising.After many years in the workforce, I decided to take some time for my family to be a full time mother at home, and it was the toughest but most rewarding job there is! When I was ready to return to the workforce, I was invited to join a staffing firm to be a recruiter for corporate services. My work life has come "full circle" and since taking on that first return to work staffing gig, I have realized that recruitment and executive search are my true passion!
