Technical Product Delivery Lead
CurrentMonitor and manage the implementation and delivery of SaaS products with a focus on payment processing and operational efficiency for utility companies.Provide leadership in delivery engagements from the post-sales stage through delivery in technical and functional aspects of technology and integration deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, successful outcomes.Gather and review documents pertaining to the project, including business requirements documents, technical designs and specifications, project plans and schedules, status reporting, communications, and problem-solving. Lead the team in producing client-facing and internal deliverables and prepare project, test, data, functional, and integration plans, issue logs and risk registers, and weekly status reports. Communicate with software development teams to enhance the client’s product and evaluate results upon retesting. Identify potential issues and risks in the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
