Since 2006 I have been a bulldog focused enhancing small business processes, marketing strategies and business development systems!Most recently, my role at Teknik Design & Remodeling was a combination of new business development and project management. I implemented new back-end systems, then established online marketing, SEO, SEM and content creation from scratch that strengthened our online presence! Publishing over 60 articles during the first year of COVID, I improved our Google ranking so much that we began to win jobs because prospects were finding us online through organic search. My social media content, mostly TikTok and reels on Instagram, grew our reach and brought in new projects. I am looking to join a strong and established business development team that is grounded in personal and professional development. My diverse skills and proven results make me the ideal candidate for a team focused on expansion and quality long term growth. Intrinsically motivated and a self-starter, I've been the team member who consistently brings new ideas and projects to the table. Today's labor market has a lot more work than people who love to work, so I stand out because I embrace challenges and new responsibilities. Being a producer provides me with internal gratification and inspires more love for what I do. Increased love for what I do inspires more time investment which leads to greater mastery, greater success, and the upward cycle continues.Since I'm intrinsically motivated, I work well both independently and in a team environment. I prefer a collaborative environment because I consider myself a CEO - chief encouragement officer. My big heart, avid reading and verbal skills enable me to leave each person I interact with feeling empowered and encouraged. Not only have I hired and trained new teams, but my Servant Leadership approach has allowed me to create an inspiring environment of comradery. Since comradery is built on shared purpose and mutual trust, when difficult situations arise, I persist in asking questions and listening well in order to reestablish safety and trust.
